An end terrace modern cottage offering ideal accommodation for 4 people, situated within walking distance of  all village amenities including the Napoleon Inn,  and the S.W coastal path.

Well equipped kitchen. Shower room with WC. Bedroom with tv, and twin beds,which can convert into a super king size  bed.
Comfortable lounge- diner, with   doors opening onto a secluded south facing  garden with patio.
On the 1st floor-
A spacious bedroom with double  bed, and a bathroom with bath, and over bath  power  shower.

A semi detached bungalow , sleeping 4, with wide reaching sea and country views, peacefully situated in a country lane  a 5 minute drive from Boscastle
Enjoy  coastal and country walks, including along  the  scenic  Valency valley to Boscastle.

Road

These Cornwall holiday cottages are about a 4 hour drive from London and there is good motorway access to the West Country as far as Exeter. From there the main A30 road provides a dual carriageway link to Launceston. From Launceston, Boscastle is a short drive away via the A395 to Camelford and then along the B3266. Boscastle is now easily accessible from London [Stansted and Gatwick] by air, with Newquay airport under an hour's drive away. Tresquare is on the outskirts of Boscastle with stunning country views, within easy walking distance of the South West Coast Path, and 400 yards walk from Boscastle Harbour. Penrose cottage is in the upper part of Boscastle near Forrabury Church, the South West Coast Path and all village amenities. Wideacres and Old Dairy are situated near Thomas Hardy's Church at St Juliot, which is off the B3263 in a very peaceful country lane, abounding with wild flowers. A stroll down the famous Valency Valley leads you to Boscastle, 1.75 miles away.
